For the 2020 CPA Conference, we were able to secure more rooms than last year.

However, we encourage you to book EARLY as rooms will fill quickly.

To reserve your room at the Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel at the room rate listed below:

Call the Central Reservations Department at 1-800-233-7505 and identify yourself as part of the Commonwealth Prevention Alliance (CPA) Conference. The reservation identification group code is CPAA20A.
A special hotel rate has been established for your convenience and is subject to availability. Rates are per room, per night.
- Standard Room Rate: $128.00 (plus state and hotel occupancy tax of 11%) with the Group ID.
- This special room rate plus tax is available until all the rooms assigned in our conference block have been reserved.
Reservations must be made no later than Friday, May 8, 2020 at 11:59 p.m.

All reservations made after May 8, 2020 will be made on a space-available basis and will be booked at the hotel’s rate at the time of booking.

Twenty-four (24) hours’ notice is required for cancellations or they will be subjected to a cancellation charge equivalent to a one-night stay.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.
